Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship via UPS Standard Ground, with delivery typically taking 2–5 business days depending on destination. We offer delivery to PO Boxes and U.S. military base addresses.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Perfect Strands Beauty is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, missed delivery attempts, or packages exceeding the maximum hold time at a pickup location.

If a package is returned to us for any of these reasons, the customer is responsible for the cost of redelivery.

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued when:

• Any part of the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete
• The order has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided

Order Changes: Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
