Domestic Shipping

We provide UPS Standard Ground shipping, with delivery typically taking between 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination. We offer delivery options for PO Box addresses and locations on U.S. military bases.

Lost or stolen packages 

Perfect Strands Beauty cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should your package go missing, we will verify delivery details, including the provided address, delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier. Please note that no refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost or stolen packages.

Order processing time 

Please expect a processing time of 2-5 business days for your order. Orders processed after 3pm CST will be treated as next business day orders. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Orders processed after 3pm CST on Friday will resume processing on the next business day.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Perfect Strands Beauty due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer not being available for delivery, or if the package surpasses the maximum holding time at a pick-up location, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery expenses. Perfect Strands Beauty bears no responsibility for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer; no refunds will be issued if any part of the address is incorrect. Once an order is placed, no alterations or cancellations can be accommodated. Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be granted for orders confirmed as delivered to the provided address.

Damaged or Missing Products

Should your order arrive incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, we are committed to promptly replacing the merchandise with the correct item ordered. Requests for replacements must be submitted within 3 business days of receipt. Kindly include a photo and description of the damaged/incorrect item(s) along with your order number to initiate the process.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, no modifications or cancellations can be accommodated.
